Paul Heffernan
Paul works with his wife Kathy in their studio on the water’s edge at Tararu, Thames. Paul makes each character out of mid fired white clay and also writes a short story to accompany each piece. Kathy applies the brightly coloured underglazes.
Paul’s work has been influenced by ceramic artist John Green and artists Mordillo and James Christensen.
If his whimsical characters and fantasy worlds make you smile then his work is done.
